Refund and Returns Policy

At Green Spin Laundry, we strive to provide high-quality laundry and dry cleaning services. Please read our Returns and Refund Policy carefully:
  1. Owner’s Risk: All items provided for any service are accepted at the owner’s risk.
  2. Responsibility Disclaimer: Green Spin will not be responsible for color fastness, invisible manufacturing defects, or shrinkage of your items during or after the cleaning process.
  3. Stain Removal: While we take utmost care to remove stains, we do not guarantee complete removal of stains.
  4. Multiple Piece Garments: For garments with multiple pieces, we suggest having the entire set processed together to avoid color differences.
  5. Delivery Time: We aim to deliver items within 6 days after collection. However, pickup or delivery may be delayed due to unavoidable circumstances.
  6. Uncollected Items: If the customer fails to accept the items within 30 days of the due date, Green Spin will not conduct delivery. Customers must collect their items from the respective store. A 10% storage charge on the invoice value will be applied after 30 days from the due date, which must be paid before collecting the items.
  7. Compensation for Loss or Damage: In the unfortunate case of loss or damage to any item, compensation of up to seven times the service charge will be reimbursed as free laundry vouchers. Monetary compensation requests will not be entertained.
  8. Unclaimed Items: After 90 days from the due date, Green Spin will not be responsible for the items and may take necessary actions to recover any dues.
  9. Free Pickup and Delivery: Free doorstep pickup and delivery are available only on orders of ₹200 or above. A charge of ₹50 will be applied for the collection and delivery of items on orders below ₹200.
  10. Discrepancy Notice: If any discrepancy is found before processing the items, it will be intimated to you.
  11. Refund Policy: Refund requests will not be entertained after services have been provided. Refunds, if required due to any reason, will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  12. Reservice Policy: In case of unsatisfactory quality, the item will be verified by our team. The item must be in unused condition with order tags intact. If our team determines better cleaning is possible, the item will be considered for a free reservice.
  13. Jurisdiction: All disputes are subject to Kolkata jurisdiction only.
  14. Price Changes: Prices may vary and are subject to change at management’s discretion without notice.
  15. GST: GST at the rate of 18% is charged on the prices mentioned. [GST NUMBER]
  16. Hanger Requests: Requests for clothes on hangers will be charged ₹12 extra.
